Hi. This is a nice stretchy tie dyed long shirt or short dress, your choice. The back is a little bit longer than the front. It has some bling with little pieces of what looks like mirror on the top of the front. It is either rayon or viscose. I'm sorry it doesn't have the material tag. If it's cotton, it's very very soft. It can only be one of those 3 things. It measures 22 inches P2P without stretching it. It's very stretchy. It has 3/4 sleeves.
