New with tags. multi colored, beautiful dress, has cut out style sides and open back. High neck with tie up around the neck. Two straps that have bra like clasps that do up at the back. Skirt has a elastic waist band at the back. Dress is very soft and stretchy. Neck to where the skirt starts is 18" long. Total length of skirt is 49". Waist is 27" wide.
