Y2K, Dark Khaki Green Mini Skirt, 90’s Preppy Goodness, 7

Nice Textured 90’s Dark Khaki Green versatility. Is this the skirt, 90’s Superstar was singing that she was going to buy in her hit “ I Love Your Smile”? I don’t know, but feel it has that songs vibe. Now what colours to wear with this? The French are known for combining various shades of the same colour for an elegant, monochromatic look. You can also use naturals. This colour also lends itself to unique contrasts such as genuine Teal or some rich or royal Purples with this shade of green. (I will be posting some tops that go well with it 😀) There are no tags so while I don’t know the content, from working in fashion I suspect it’s a mix of natural like linen or cotton with a rayon or similar fabric. It has a texture similar to, but I’m pretty sure it’s not silk. It has a cute, very short slit to one size for effect. I like the drop waist which I find is rather forgiving by falling gently over the tummy after a big Thanksgiving dinner (or other bloaty times 🤭) There is no fabric or care labels, but it’s the same size as the Reitmans corduroy Skirt in the same Dark Khaki Green shade I listed which is a Reitmans size 7.
