Y2K Vintage Top

The coolest crop top and I wish it fit. It would also work for a ginger spice costume so if you have a 90s / Y2K party anytime soon or getting a head start on Halloween then this top is for you!! It fits XS or a small but it is tighter under the arm pits so doesn’t fit a medium. My bust is 30 to 31 inches and it was much too tight. There is a small pen mark on the front but not noticeable
