Y2K patchwork, ruffled halter crop top NWOT

Purchased this patchwork, blue, yellow and cream, ruffled halter top and have not worn it once. It fits but I think it would be better on larger chested gals. For reference I am a size XS/S, bra size 32B and I think it would better fit S with a C-D cup. Selling NWOT. Super cute too just wish I filled it out better :(
