gretchen42 @kjjohnson01 welcome! It's been a slow summer for me and I I think that's because I haven't spent much time sharing my own closet or listing new items. It's important to respond to questions about items quickly. That makes a big difference. As for success with purchases, I had one really bad one by posh let me return it so no problems. I've had a couple other mild disappointments, but mostly good!

gretchen42 @amy830 I made this one using the notepad app on my phone and then taking a screenshot of it. There are lots of apps out there that let you make graphics and then you can either screenshot it or save it to your photos. I hope that helps!

bekindbetrue Hi I bought the bag you had as your host pick from poshgarden. I asked if it's leather was told yes it's not leather... it's plastic, cheap and a bad knock off. The seller apparently doesn't know the difference between leather and plastic/vinyl. Don't buy or encourage sales, it's a made in China bag, item you receive is not the same as the photo with stamp above zipper. I was shocked when I opened the box... 😳☹️️😠 misrepresented item. I thought you should know. 😞

bekindbetrue @gretchen42 thanks Gretchen, yes, the usual drill sent lots of photos to Posh, it's insulting to think this seller doesn't think buyers are intelligent enough to know plastic from leather. It even has a weird plastic smell... Posh asked for more photos... sigh... will have to dispute charge w/American Express if necessary. This is fraud in my opinion seller is lying and said she sold 20 and no one complained. Painfully obvious plastic... how could that be?

You have been reported to Poshmark & other sites for harassment which is highly inappropriate & unacceptable. I've sold many bags & not one person was unhappy because the bags are made in Cowtown, Ft. Worth by a leather maker. You are just looking silly & should probably stop harassing others.

I alerted 1 potential buyer the bag isn't leather (whom you were also rude to, as you were me) & 2 others who posted it as a host pick. I wouldn't market a product for a seller who states the item is luxury buttermilk leather when it's actually plastic/vinyl. You're dishonest, not just about product material but also about spreading negative truths about me. Disappointing. Integrity is everything, where's yours?

bekindbetrue @poshgarden congrats on selling another 10 plastic bags since Saturday. This has nothing to do with "feeling" the bag is not leather. I'm sorry you are struggling with this. If a buyer questioned a product that I sold 30 of I would show my buyer respect and consideration, not lash at them, block them & then start a witch hunt. I would want a happy buyer & would look into the matter. If the material is tested its not leather. I highly recommend educating yourself on the product you sell.

I hope others see them and know the truth about the product you insist is leather. I am shocked Posh allows a "suggested user" to misrepresent their products. gretchen42 @cherie72 Yes, and no. Poshmark collects the money from the buyer before they send you a shipping label. After the package is confirmed delivered by the USPS, the buyer has 3 days to accept or file a complaint. If the buyer accepts, you get paid. If the buyer doesn't accept in 3 days but also doesn't file a claim, you get paid.

gretchen42 @cherie72 The short answer is yes, but if it is a low cost item, Posh frequently refunds the buyer, lets the seller also keep their money, and lets the buyer keep the item. But that's not always true and they seem to be doing that less frequently now because some buyers were taking advantage of this to get free stuff.
