Hi! We are Daisy's Den. We are an all sizes men's haberdashery of new and boutique items. We have a few select offerings in women's as well. Some of our favorite brands are Under Armour, Polo by Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Marmot, Orvis, Nike, Cole Haan and Sperry. We look forward to expanding our Posh selection. We carry many big/tall items we hope to include as Posh opens to that market. We price things fairly and pretty firmly depending on the item. Thank you & we hope to serve you soon.

daisysden @katzkoz hi! We do have a help question. Made our first sale yesterday with an offer/counter/accepted from buyer. Then an hour later said wanted to cancel. What is the proper way to cancel it since it went through offer process? Emailed posh but they get backed up and didn't want to delay. Thanks in advance!

katzkoz @daisysden Hi...go to Ur SALES and find the item. Then at the bottom of the page it says something like PROBLEMS/CONTACT POSH. Click on that. There should be a CANCEL ORDER. Then it will ask U for a reason. U can pick anything like CHANGED MINE...DONT HAVE IT...whatever. But then they'll get an email saying its canceled. Let me know if its done

katzkoz @daisysden When it comes to something like canceling a Buyers purchase, it doesnt make a difference, really. What dies matter is if there's a dispute. Make sure U give as much info in a description as possible so there are no questions., A good thing to add to the end of Ur description is something like, "Pls look at all pictures & ask questions if Ur not sure. All sales R final". Just to cover everything so there wont be a dispute.
