willowthreads @cellotaz hi there! That is strange, when you purchase on posh, a label is automatically generated from the info you put into your account and emailed to me. I had this same issue a few months back and the buyer received her item later in the day. Just a glitch with USPS tracking. Let’s hope that’s the case 👍🏼
