ZAFUL Floral Smocked Co-Ord Ruffle Skirt & Bandeau

EUC - this co-ord is in gorgeous condition! - worn once on vacation - only sign of wear is the elastic along top in one spot - the tie can be worn around the top or in your hair (was my preference) - skirt is super flattering!!
