ZARA LONG SLEEVE PLAID MINI DRESS (girls 13/14)

hi! selling this cutie smocked flannel dress from zara! pls note this is a girls size 13 to 14 but will fit up to a women’s small because the bust and chest area is smocked. best for someone who is XS! super thick and cozy cotton flannel with silver hardware. snap button all the way throughout the dress and the top button is a regular button. ruffles on the shoulder and back, elasticized puffed long sleeves. fits open through the hips and hangs well - not too boxy! still new with tags and just haven’t had a chance to wear it out. measurements included in the photos length is 32 inches from the collar pit to pit is 17 inches laying flat, stretches to approximately 22 inches but would say max 20” so there is no gaping in the buttons. tag says 100 percent cotton
