ZONE BLUE NWT Long Tunic Top / Dress

A beautifully made piece from India, that I couldn’t find too much info about in my research. Buttons are faux buttons, they do not actually unbutton. Side slits do go up quite high, a few inches below the hip, so you would have to wear either biker shorts or tights or something like that underneath this piece. No material tag, has some stretch, appears like a cotton, but obviously some kind of a blend regardless.
