black & white semi sheer tie up halter cami top! the open back is so cute & perfect for hot summer days. material is super lightweight (no tag but likely poly). bottom is ruched & elasticized. no rips/stains. some sewing flaws - back hem is uneven and one strap longer than the other - but not super noticeable & could cut the other strap to match. no size tag but would estimate it to be a small. side seam to side seam measures approx 10" but can stretch comfortably to 16". length 13".
