These are the generation 2 Apple Airpods wireless charging case. Please note these were not purchased from the Apple store but are made by a manufacturer that copies the Apple product. They have the Apple logo, and the battery pops up on the screen like the authentic ones and has all the same qualities. The sound quality is great and has the noise canceling affect. As well as your purchase will come with a free silicone. I have a pair of my own that I’ve had for months and love!

geeee412 @alex_ndg I bought these to compare to actual AirPods. To my absolute surprise there is no difference in quality whatsoever. The serial number even comes back as an authentic apple product.

katielalonde555 Hey, you may remembering me purchasing these last year. Just have a question since mine are getting a bit glitchy, is there a way to reset them. They worked perfectly fine til I got a new update :/

_katelynluu @katielalonde555 yes! you can go check bluetooth to make sure the sensor touch is off and or press forget device, reset that device you were listening on and reconnect them. also don’t forget to make sure they’re charged :) hope that helped. let me know

katielalonde555 @_katelynluu yeah I have, usually only the left one works and the right one stutters… I tried resetting them holding the button on the case like the real ones but it doesn’t go amber so I’m not sure if it works

_katelynluu @katielalonde555 that has happened to me before! and i just connect it to a different device then re set them. sometimes the battery will glitch and they’re just most likely dead if you normally have one in and use it more than the other.

geeee412 @_katelynluu I bought a pair recently and have had an issue arise. The earbuds only seem to pair when the case is charging. If I unplug the case the earbuds don’t pair. Incredibly annoying as someone who wants to use them away from a charging port. Suggestions?

_katelynluu @geeee412 try re setting it by pressing forget device and then turning off bluetooth then simply just reconnecting it should work fine. let me know!

_katelynluu @geeee412 if that doesn’t work you can always try letting them charge because maybe they’re low in battery. they will also make a sound letting you know they are about to die!

geeee412 @_katelynluu The reset button has stooped working while unplugged. And only works occasionally while plugged in. They are usually fully charged and the issue continues.

_katelynluu @geeee412 disconnect the device it is on and reset that device to reset the airpods. try that!
