cashmere tie up shirt

This shirt is unlabelled, it was originally V neck pullover long sleeve that I cut and sewed into a different style years ago, it’s very cute and flattering it does just have the one tie up no other buttons or clasps, it is like a cashmere texture but I’m pretty positive it is 100% cotton knit
