fairy dress! unique vintage silk tulip dress with viscose slip — one size

This unique silk and viscose dress measures 21” wide when flat from shoulder to shoulder and has wide shoulder openings of about 15” from top of strap to bottom of arm opening (may need to wear something under). ‘tulip’ style skirt ranges from 35” to 45” in length from shoulder. Found vintage, condition is OK (arm and strap ridges are not hemmed/rough edges). Very one of a kind! For reference I’m 5.8’ and normally wear xl, 12-16, 40C-36-44. Made in italy.
