This dress is made out of lightweight flannel. It has a hood and three snaps down the front, and is cute as a button! Sleeves are loosely elasticized. There is one flaw, it looks like there was some damage to the fabric when the tag was applied. Other than that it’s in excellent condition. From a smoke free and dog friendly home.
