decouxk Hello Chelsea, you just bought my Patagonia coat. I washed it and was getting it ready to ship. I noticed that the bottom hem of the coat is a little damaged. I have some photos. I don't know if it happened during the wash or how it happened. I'm not not totally sure how to proceed. This is my first sale and I was disappointed to see that the coat isn't in prefect condition. I had not noticed this before. Thoughts?
