lovedandkurated Hi! I love your closet! I was admiring a lot of your shoes and noticed that they were photographed very well and that you had multiples of some listings of used shoes. Upon further inspection I saw that they actually were new! If they are new you should revise and denote as it would attract more potential customers. Love your closet!!!

lovedandkurated @breadbuttershop for shoes it’s ok if they don’t have a box, just denote that they are new w/o box in the description. But you can and should edit in the details that they are NWT it helps when customers filter it & during parties. Regarding clothing if they are NWOT they can not be listed as NWT, but can be put in title or description to help sell faster. Hope that helps!

breadbuttershop @moshi72 I didn’t realize you meant offers to sellers! It is pretty odd that they’re not getting back to you. Even if I can’t accept the offer someone sending to me I always send a counteroffer. There are some people who are very hardheaded about entertaining offers that they don’t consider fair. But in my mind you’re probably best to avoid working with those sellers because their customer service skills probably aren’t the best.

breadbuttershop @moshi72 The other thing to pay attention to is when that seller was last active on Poshmark. There are a ton of people who have listings up but they haven’t logged onto the app in months. They may not even be getting notifications on their phone. Generally at the top of the listing you can see when that listing was last updated and that should give you a clue whether or not the seller is active.

breadbuttershop @moshi72 If you are really keen on an item and that seller is not getting back to your offer, you may want to leave a message on their about the seller listing or @ them on the listing that you’re interested in. I have almost missed a few offers in the past just because they’re lumped in with all of the other notifications on Poshmark.

breadbuttershop @moshi72 poshmark will definitely make sure you get your money back. If the seller doesn’t ship within a certain time frame (I believe it’s 3 days) you can ask to cancel and they’ll help you out.
