nflgirl1 Hi, the bag you just left feedback for is practically new. I’d like you to send me pics of the damage you’re referring to because obviously I couldn’t see it. I would not sell something that I knew was damaged and NOT tell the buyer. I’d be happy to refund your money if your not satisfied with it. I was aware of the small scuff but not “several missing stitches and a loose strap”.
