solsticemiele Hi there... I just purchased those nice looking floral print chaco sandals and wonder if you knew, as I just discovered, that they are actually, truly defective in their sizing !! The right sandal was fitting so much more snugly despite the straps being loosened as much as possible, so finally I measured... the right sandal is indeed smaller than the left, which is very disappointing :( I'm not sure I would have accepted them if I'd measured earlier.

comfortcreature @solsticemiele I see, I am sorry to hear that. I noticed any difference in sizing as they are both labeled 8 wide on the back and aren’t factory rejects so that is surprising to hear. The straps do in fact adjust from every strap base on the sandal and we’re adjusted to fit my feet, so if you were to look up how to adjust chacos straps you may be able to adjust them to suit you.

comfortcreature @solsticemiele The straps are fed through the base of the sandal and are all the same strap if that makes sense, and there are many videos and instructions online of how to adjust the full strap of the sandal. I wish I could help out but once an order is accepted it is out of my hands per poshmark policy.

comfortcreature @solsticemiele I responded on your meet the posher, but I was saying that if you were to contact poshmark support and get them to ok a return I would accept but I think they may just refund you since the transaction has already gone through from acceptance.

solsticemiele @comfortcreature Finally it's working again! I'm familiar with adjusting Chacos. Oddly, each sandal was completely different upon arrival, as if worn previously by two different people, or at least tried on by someone who adjusted the right one very snugly. Left one was much looser & fit me immediately. I adjusted the right as loosely as possible before finally getting out the tape: The actual measurements tell the tale. These do seem like factory rejects - maybe Chaco missed them at factory?

comfortcreature @solsticemiele it’s possible, it’s not something I ever noticed but I have a slight toe deformity so one was adjusted to be looser between my large toe and the one next to it. So that may be what you are noticing when you say the straps are very different for each foot.

solsticemiele @comfortcreature Thanks again :) Yes, I did contact support. Let's see what they say. Interesting about your feet. Mine are slightly different as well. It's possible these straps will stretch out a bit with wear, but I'm not sure if my right foot will be comfortable enough with the current tightness to endure the time it could take. I think leather gives way and stretches more quickly than these straps do. Will let you know what I hear. Enjoy your afternoon :)
