carriet81 @zarminaalizaii Hello There :) Does the top have a tie around the neck or a normal blouse collar (hard to tell)? Is the material a stretchy polyester like the 1970s blouses? Or is it more airy and like silk?

zarminaalizaii @carriet81 hello :) It is 94% polyester and 6% spandex. Sorry there isn’t a tie around the neck, I think the photo gave it that illusion. It is stretchy material, but not tooo stretchy. (: are you still interested?
