silk polka dot cape top

Very flattering top! This piece has a silk cape-like overlay on top of a very stretchy and soft tank top (see photos). Tag says size small but given the style I'd say it's quite flexible. Lying flat, the inner tank top is just under 17 inches pit to pit. Keep in mind that the material is very stretchy.
