I am so so sorry, did I not pack it well and P.O. dropped it on shipping...Do not know but ship it back once Posh sends label! I only used tissue paper so that wasn't too smart on my part but it was an entire pack of Hallmark $4.59 ... I should have purchased bubble wrap instead. Thanks for informing me, I should have spent more money on shipping material.
