x2 Vintage Charm Bracelets

Bracelets are identical and in rough shape, heavy patina or wear patterns and scratching/scuffs are present, charms themselves are in good shape, are not broken or bent. Bracelet, unfortunately, shows the same heavy wear as the charms. Bracelet and charms are a gray color but a mystery material. I'm not sure if these can be recoated or repurposed but putting them in the bin didn't seem right as they are quite nice.
