Super cute y2k abstract smocked full length top w/ slight puff-sleeves and a ring that can function as a halter or just hang down in front of the top! Shirt is black w/ white/green accents. Lightweight and soft! Brand is INC. Size L but fits more like a M. Great shape! No rips or tears and still feels in really good shape!
