Thankfully the item was in a dust bag because the box looked like it had been dropped off the truck and the box was ripped all the way through in spots. Maybe wrap items too just in case that happens with shipping again, I’ll do the same next time I ship as well. The bag is beautiful, can’t wait to carry it! Thank you!
