The necklace is beautiful and I appreciate you accepting my offer for it. It is lovely and it came in a cute little box; however, as soon as I opened it from the box I noticed it had a knot in the necklace where it was being tossed around in the box. I was up until 1am last night trying to get it untangled, and it’s still all tangled up. I am worried that I may break it, even if I ever get it undone. Sending necklaces through mail, it is tough to pin them down, but if you sell anymore necklaces maybe try what this one girl did when she sent me a necklace— consider taping it to paper. Tape the front/charm side on each side at the top, then gather rest together in the back? Thank you for the necklace I just hope I can get it untangled without hurting it! *** I was able to finally get it all untangled with tweezers. Took my until 1am but finally got it! It is a beautiful necklace and I love the shorter length chain as well for layering. I love it! ♥️
