The adjustable strap snapped off when I went to adjust it. I never even got to wear this hat. When I looked closer at the strap it looked like that had happened before with the strap as hand sewn stitches were on the adjustable strap. I didn’t pay attention to the photo showing the strap. The seller was very kind and offered to refund me which she didn’t have to do. Much appreciated but I’m going to fix it. Would do business again with this seller. Very professional and courteous. Thank you!
