Leaving 5 stars for now bc I want to warn other buyers, but I'm definitely disappointed with this purchase. The seller didn't respond when I placed my order and thanked her, and would not respond to any of my questions regarding when she would be shipping. I could see that she had been active on posh, and was just choosing to ignore me. I was just waiting to be able to cancel bc several days had gone by and she hadn't thanked me or communicated with me at all, and then on the 6th day she finally shipped, still without saying a word to me. When the GLASS bottle of foundation arrived, it was in a box that was way too big with no sort of bubble wrap, foam, tissue paper or anything at all to protect it, so it was just banging around in a huge box while it was in transit. So of course, the cap came off (or maybe broke, honestly not sure) and the foundation was all over the inside of the box. I ended up just throwing the whole box away bc I was honestly just too aggravated to clean it, and it looked like pretty much all of the foundation was wasted anyway. I have purchased over 100 times off if posh, and I'm pretty sure this was all around the worst. From the lack of communication and having my questions be ignored to the careless packaging and total disregard for customer satisfaction. Extremely disappointed, bc I was really looking forward to trying the foundation. Lesson learned.
