I love these boots. They're so comfortable and look brand new. Plus they're gorgeous to look at. These were packaged well but you know the post office, they managed to crush the original shoe box. It's ok, no damage to the boots. Seller included a very nice thank you card. I recommend this seller and would buy from her again.
