The shoes are beautiful (they smell new) and the seller was super polite and helpful. Shipping was fast and the packaging was great. One small call out is that I inquired prior to purchase if there were any stains or scratches. The seller stated that the only stains were on the bottom of the soles. However, upon receiving the shoes we noticed a small dirt stain on the outside of the right shoe, as well as a small area of faint yellowed mesh along the bottom of the mesh near the stain. We can totally clean it out and we are still very thrilled with our purchase.Thanks
