Evette! The bag charm is perfect! I still can't believe how lucky I was to come across it by happentance in visiting your closet! It is so unique and substantial in terms of weight and chain. I need to be sure I close it fully/properly. Please tell me what I'm to do exactly so it won't come off the bag because I don't close it properly. I don't think there should be any space between each end of the chain connectors. How do you get it to do that? Insert and twist? Insert and push? Seriously, PLS advise. Thank you for posting this AND for the festive, very protective packaging. I appreciate you for doing that. Sincerely, Michele
