It is PERFECT! Fits my pup perfectly, she is 16 pounds but very small head and neck, she’s a hound mix so she’s long and has long legs. It’s sooooo pretty and I love that it just slips over the collar so there’s no tying involved and it won’t slip off. When she out grows this I will be getting a bigger size! (She’s growing crazy fast!)
