I gave you five stars because I LOVE these Uggs. But this was a big splurge for me and I was a little surprised — and mildly disappointed that they weren’t wrapped or accompanied by a “thank you.” Despite this, they are still a great pair of shoes and so I thank you and wouldn’t give you less than five stars because I’m probably just being a bit picky.
