Sell was perfect but I forgot uggs like a size smaller so should of looked for a size bigger for my daughter because they are to small on her but wouldn't let me return them because she had been wanting them for a really long time and wears them small on her but won't be able to wear them for to long because she is only 9 with big feet that keep growing really fast. Seller did a perfect sale, good communication, and fast shipping. I just recommend who buys by a size bigger.
