One pair of shorts was brand new as described with tags and other had been worn had a small stain on pocket. But I have some Awesome stain cleaner and took it right out. Only complaint was the shorts smelled of cigarette smoke. Definitely not a smoke free home. Washed once with scentboosters and still smell of cigarette smoke 😢
