There is a flaw / damage in the hinge which is broken and has a rough, sharp edge. Seller was unaware of flaw and reached out to offer sincere apology. This speaks volumes to her character as a seller and person. I greatly appreciated her quick response to the matter and would do business with her again. Mistakes happen and no I’ll intent was ever meant. To acknowledge them and apologize takes real character and integrity. 💗
