Thank you for your efforts in shipping this. It was a huge lamp and I can imagine that it was not easy to ship . The lamp arrived damaged (specifically the outer shade). However, it’s hard to tell how the item was handled due to its large size and the damage may not have been in your control. Regardless if I will be able to use it or not, you were so great at communicating and I feel like you deserve the five stars for your efforts.
