The ordering, service, and shipping were all great. The sweater itself is lovely. I have several J. Crew Juliette sweater blazers, so I knew what I was getting. My only disappointment is that it's obvious that somebody had washed this sweater and then dried it in a clothes dryer. The body fits me just fine, happily, but the sleeves are about 1-1/2" narrower than my other Juliette cardigans. It's still a good garment for me, but I may try to stretch out the sleeves a bit. Otherwise, I'm delighted with the purchase.
