I purchased these & they never shipped out, never heard from, so I ended up canceling the order. She contacted me about the cancellation & apologized. I really wanted this pair so I asked if we can try this transaction again. She sent the package out right away, I got them today & am very happy I still got them. So with proper communication & quick action this poor buy became a good one. I very much appreciate it & will now consider repurchasing from this seller in the future because of it. <3
