Shannon is an absolute joy to work with! Super accommodating and very kind. The box was packaged with protective layering so the 3 pairs of shoes were not damaged from friction during transit. On my suggestion, she shipped the shoes without their original boxes but SHE took the extra step of making sure they were protected, so awesome! I could not be more pleased with all 4 items I purchased. Thank you so very much for being the person who had the pair of shoes I’ve been on the hunt for since last spring/summer! Actually, I’m wearing them now 😍
