Everything was great and I loved the sweet note! The shoes are just so loose and I have no clue how to tighten them or make it so I don’t break an ankle every time I wear them. Any pointers for what I could do? They are perfection and I’ve been so excited all week for them to arrive, but I’m so bummed they keep falling off my feet
