Finally got it but it arrived 6days later than expected & I had to fly out before it came. I had to actually go to the LuLu store and buy one as it was a gift for my stepdaughter so now I get to keep this one. I was very annoyed but the bag is great to 5 stars for quality, no stars for wonky delivery and no notice.
