The delivery was delayed (by no fault of the seller). Other than that 'hiccup', the purchase went smoothly. The item arrived safely and in excellent condition. The ornaments are beautiful. I plan to use them as accents, on my wall w/ pictures of my lost loved ones. Thank you for the positive posh purchase.
