This handmade shirt comes with no tags or labels. It was made by home ateliers and I bought it off a distributor. I do not know the fabric/material - looks chiffon-like- see through white/light w/ blue/black floral prints, gold glitter accents Measurements laying flat: chest:19" shoulder: 19" Sleeve: 7" x 21" hem: 21.5" Please use the measurements as a guide before purchasing. Ideally, this should fit loosely, so allow yourself at least one inch extra between your measurements and the shirts.
