NWOT windbreaker jacket from Cleo. Very lightweight and comfortable and lined with mesh inside. Pockets are functional and have a Velcro closure (see picture). Has a hood, which can be tightened by the string attachments (see picture). Not sure if it’s waterproof. Is a great fall or spring jacket that adds a pop of colour to any outfit!
