Poncho kerchief Overlay Top

Flowy hues of blue with an integrated black tank beneath, this top goes incredibly well with either blue or black. It is a poncho style overlay. I like to put it with Celtic inspired jewelry pieces or Boho jewelry and denim or shorts. I have worn it to work with slacks too, so it is versatile. I did cut the tag out of this top.
