whimsicaldaze @akb000 yes s sorry for the delay. my shop space has been closed for 2 days because of electrical issues and the city will look at it today. I should be able to get in sometime after their inspection. I am really sorry I will get it as soon as possible

whimsicaldaze @akb000 ok the waist is 26 in and then it drops down another three or four inches that goes out I can drop waist. the bust has stays all the way around and darts the best the closest measurement I could get was 30 in and then from the drop waste to the bottom of the skirt is another 17 in Long. I hope this helps you can tell this is a junior size dress back in the gunny sack days of the 60s and '70s.
