Vintage 1980s / 1990s handmade Country Rose dress. eyelet lace trim, pinafore, full skirt. Peter Pan collar. Puff princess sleeves Dress is green and white striped. Pinafore is green, white, and pink floral rose print. Tie back. Button closure Some discoloration by neck - see photos. Some threads need to be trimmed. I would say this would best fit a girls 5 / 6 - see measurements Taken flat and approximate Waist- 11.5” Armpit to armpit - 13.25” Shoulder to hem- 24.5” Sleeve opening- 3.5”
