The back is vest-style with silk fabric covered buttons. The underside of the slim straps have a tiny snap-closing holder to discreetly hide lingerie straps. Very nice gently-worn condition. No rips, odors or stains. Sorry, but it is a slightly closet-wrinkled - to be honest, since it's silk, I was hesitant to iron it.
